Updated to support changes to WSF and the new Sound Engine.
Resample Quality Option Notes: This function now only supports
the values 1-4, where 4 is the highest quality. Anything out
of bounds of these values will be rounded to the nearest
acceptable value.
Self-Kill removed, Global code updated. Now should work properly
in Sub-Apps.
WSF will now load will no memory 'boggles' like before. This should
increase the speed of things by tenfold.
I swear this time I won't update this anymore.
