| Description
Cave In is a platform based puzzle game which draws on elements from classic games such as lode runner and boulder dash.
The original idea was formulated and created by Citizen (a fellow ACoder) and I took over, programming it again from scratch when it was decided that map file based levels were necessary.
You are trapped in a mine and must find your way through various puzzles including one-way doors, mine cart rides, water tanks and many more. Along the way you must collect the prospector"s gold in order to escape each level. You must also avoid numerous traps and dangerous creatures along the way too.
The game works with map files (up to 60x60 tiles) and has it"s own level editor (CILE) which even allows you to save custom backdrops, ladders and platforms into your level files. |
