Description
A four component suite for C++ Developers, Blitz Basic Developers, and MultiMedia Fusion Developers.
1) ModFusion eX Component (MOD Playback)
2) Screaming Gollywog Component (MP3 / OGG Playback)
3) DirectSound Component
4) Sound Sushi Component
Sound Sushi is a very powerful realtime sound and music generator, which can follow scripted modules (compiled or ascii) and follow interactive commands. This will ultimately link sound and gaming to music in ways you never before imagined. The classic example has been a character climbing a staircase of a huge mansion, where things are nice and heavenly at the bottom. As he climbs, a major scale climbs with him, then, as he reaches the top of the mansion, the scale transforms into a minor scale, and then later maybe even diminished. This will give a very creepy and interactive feel to climb. Sound Sushi will use the Interstella engine for its scripting needs.
The DirectSound component will provide 3D Sound options for users, and the MOD playback will support IT, XM, MOD, S3M, WSF(wtf), and WGM, along with other interactive formats like IMF, and maybe others!

Updates
ModFusion eX was released in the Clickteam Bonus Pack II, enjoy!
Beta test has ended.
This beta test will continue when ModFX III: Screaming Gollywog requires beta testing. Thanks to all the testers!
ModFusion eX v0.16b is up for beta testers
Updated ModFusion eX beta to v0.12b. I'm currently working on the next beta, and I've upgraded the sound engine to a MUCH optimised version. It sounds much better, and is much faster... despite the fewer resampling quality options (now 1-4)
Everything is going great so far!
Uploaded ModFusion eX v0.07b to beta downloads. This is a MMF plugin!
Not all the features are there yet, mainly just left out settings dialog stuff. But test the rest out.
It took 164 builds, but MFXCompB.dll, or Screaming Gollywog (The Mp3/Ogg playback engine) plays MP3s without too many skips or annoyances. There are a few pops that occur when the application is in the background however, and this is a problem. Other than that, everything appears to run swiftly.
I'm sure implementing OGG now will be just as hard
Everything is going VERY well, ModFusion eX is very much near completion, now its time to do the MP3/OGG component. (oh dear!)
Updated a much more detailed description, describing the four component suite.
Beta test has started!
Added project!
